NATHAN E. NACHLAS, M.D.

Chief Executive Officer and Manager 

Dr. Nachlas is the Company’s Founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Manager since the Company's inception in February, 2002.  As Chief Executive Officer and Manager, he is responsible for the overall strategy, management and operations of the Company.  Dr. Nachlas has been a practicing physician in South Florida since 1987.  He has extensive experience in political and regulatory issues in medicine.  He was a founder and President of the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center in Boca Raton, Florida, one of the largest independent surgical facilities in the country.  That center has completed its 100,000th surgical procedure after ten years in operation.  That facility was partially sold to a corporation later merging into Health South, having achieved a market value within two years of operation of over $12 million.  Dr. Nachlas also served as the President and later co-chairman of Devco Corporation, a real estate partnership.  The partnership was subsequently purchased by a REIT affiliated with Health South Corporation.  Dr. Nachlas is the founder and current President of the largest single specialty malpractice program in Florida, the NFO-RPG.  Dr. Nachlas is a past president of the Palm Beach County Medical Society.  He holds a B.S. degree from Yale University, a M.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, and attended medical school at the University of Chicago. 

MARC SCHLOSSER, M.D., FACOG

President and Manager

 Dr. Schlosser has served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Manager since May, 2002.  As Chief Executive Officer and Manager, he is responsible for the overall strategy, management and operations of the Company.  Dr. Schlosser is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as a seasoned businessman.  Most recently, he served as Chairman of the Board of Mednetrix.com, a firm that supplied Web platforms for physician practices which was subsequently acquired by WEBMD.  Previously, he founded OB/GYN Net, Inc., an insurance intermediary that formed physician networks and provided risk consulting services.  When OB/GYN Net, Inc. was acquired by Vivra OB/GYN Services, he served as their National Medical Director.  Since 1989, he has founded or partnered in no less than six successful medical ventures acquired by industry leaders as HealthSouth and Tokos Medical Corp.  He brings to ADTC expertise in the development of health delivery systems, healthcare business and an extensive knowledge of managed care.  He holds a B.S. degree from Boston University and attended medical school at the University of Miami Medical School.  He is a member of the Florida Medical Association, the American College of Physician Executives, and is chapter chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization.   

BETTY TULLER Ph.D

 Research Consultant 

Betty Tuller received her Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1980, specializing in cognitive neuroscience. She has published approximately 75 articles and book chapters and has had continuous funding for her biomedically-based research from the National Institutes of Health. Academic positions include NYU Medical School and Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Tuller has been at Florida Atlantic University since 1986, attaining the rank of Full Professor in 1991. Current interests include speech perception and production in monolingual and bilingual adults and aphasics, coordination of fine motor skills in normal and disordered populations, and the effects of insulin therapy on cognitive function (learning and memory, language, spatial awareness) in diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.
